What You'll Do Support the design and delivery of change management strategies, activities and deliverables Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments Develop communication, training and adoption materials Facilitate workshops, training sessions and stakeholder engagement activities Support digital transformation, Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI adoption initiatives Example project you could work on Supporting a global organization with the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI Designing communications and training for a workplace transformation programme Facilitating stakeholder workshops to understand change impacts across the organization Helping leaders and employees successfully navigate business and technology transformation Qualifications What you'll bring 1–3 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Change Enablement, Organizational Psychology, Learning & Adoption, Communications or a related field Bachelor's or Master's degree Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions or engagement activities Interest in technology and digital transformation Fluent Dutch and English (spoken and written). Dutch language skills are required due to the client-facing nature of the role and the need to facilitate workshops, training sessions and stakeholder engagement activities in Dutch. Nice to have Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot or AI adoption initiatives Knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR or other change methodologies Experience in a consulting environment

Core Responsibilities

You will support the design and delivery of change management strategies and facilitate stakeholder workshops to drive digital transformation. Additionally, you will develop communication and training materials to help organizations adopt new technologies like AI and Microsoft Copilot.

Requirements

Candidates must have 1–3 years of experience in change management or a related field and hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Proficiency in both Dutch and English is required for this client-facing role.
