Job Description

Responsibilities 1. Ensure the reliability of operational data integration from BMS/EPMS systems at overseas data centers. 2. Organize local FM/FE teams in creating, spot-checking, and continuously updating CMDB topology diagrams. 3. Organize local teams in surveying, integrating, governing, and optimizing EMS measurement points. 4. Organize local FM/FE teams in alarm convergence, EOP integration, and the development and drills of emergency response execution strategies. 5. Evaluate controls technology optimizations and develop standardized solutions for recurring issues. 6. Conduct controls-specific risk inspections, change reviews, O&M optimization assessments, maintenance audits, and global unannounced site audits. 7. Drive the deployment of key controls technologies across global data centers to ensure reliable automated control of equipment. 8. Supervise suppliers' on-site change work and manage system deployment, commissioning, operation, optimization, and policy configuration. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, HVAC, Computer Science, or a related field. 2. 5+ years of work experience, including 3+ years in data center O&M management or as a quality engineer. 3. Familiar with controls system architecture and operating logic, with an understanding of logic optimization practices. 4. Familiar with BMS/EPMS systems and infrastructure equipment; proficient in mainstream communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, SNMP, MQTT, etc.). 5. Capable of system deployment, commissioning, operation, optimization, and policy configuration; coding/scripting skills (Python/Shell, etc.) are a plus. 6. Bilingual in Chinese and English, able to independently handle on-site technical communication overseas and write technical documentation in English. 7. Strong cross-departmental, cross-team, and cross-cultural collaboration skills, with solid execution ability and a strong sense of responsibility. 8. Work closely with local FM/FE teams to drive the implementation of IDC control systems, evolving from monitoring to automated control.

Core Responsibilities

The Facility Expert will manage operational data integration, oversee CMDB topology, and drive the deployment of automated control systems across global data centers. They are responsible for conducting risk inspections, supervising supplier changes, and developing emergency response strategies.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and possess at least 5 years of experience, including 3 years in data center O&M. Proficiency in control system architecture, communication protocols, and bilingual fluency in Chinese and English is required.
