Store and Operations Supervisor Department: Yale Smart Shop (YSS) Reports To: Business Development Manager - Direct Channel Location: Bangkok, Thailand Position Summary Responsible for store operations, sales performance, customer experience and franchise support across Yale Smart Shops, ensuring operational excellence and business growth. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Development: Manage customer inquiries via Line, Facebook, WhatsApp; follow up leads; conduct product presentations; prepare quotations and close sales. Training & Team Development: Train store operators and promoters and maintain training materials. Store Operations Management: Manage orders, delivery coordination, installation scheduling, customer feedback and post installation follow up. Franchise Management: Support franchisees, provide operational and sales guidance, monitor franchise performance, ensure compliance with brand standards, coordinate with internal teams, and support marketing and product launch activities. Retail Performance Management: Drive sales targets, monitor store performance, manage staff scheduling and compliance. Business Performance Analysis: Analyze Lead Conversion Rate, Sales Revenue and Footfall Traffic; provide recommendations to improve performance. Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and analyze direct and indirect competitors. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing or related field. 2-4 years experience in retail operations, sales supervision or franchise management. Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools. Ability to travel as required. Core Responsibilities

The supervisor is responsible for managing store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service across Yale Smart Shops. They also provide operational guidance to franchisees and analyze business performance to support growth.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and possess 2-4 years of experience in retail operations, sales, or franchise management. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
