Job Description

As a Technology & Maintenance Manager, you will lead the transformation of the maintenance organization towards a reliability-driven, data-supported and preventive maintenance model. You will be responsible building the foundation for long-term asset reliability, operational excellence and continuous improvement maintenance and technology department. The Zaandam site is on a journey to further professionalize its maintenance organization. This role combines technical leadership, stakeholder management, CAPEX management and operational excellence. You will balance short-term operational priorities with long-term asset reliability while driving maintenance maturity, safety performance and sustainable plant improvements. This all in the context of a global organisation with multiple plants and important stake holders in North America. Your key responsibilities will be: Lead the development and maturity of the maintenance organization, including maintenance planning, preventive maintenance, CAPEX projects, asset data, reliability processes and continuous improvement programs Develop and drive preventive, predictive and reliability-based maintenance strategies, including asset criticality assessments, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives Actively participate in budgeting, forecasting and resource planning for maintenance and capital expenditures Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, asset integrity and operational excellence Lead cross-functional stakeholder alignment between Operations, Engineering, SHEQ, Finance and external service providers in a local and global context Requirements BSc or MSc degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline 8+ years of maintenance, reliability or engineering experience within a manufacturing environment with global stakeholders Proven experience in developing and professionalizing maintenance organizations, including maintenance planning, preventive maintenance reliability improvement, CAPEX, and asset management processes Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across operational and corporate functions Full professional proficiency in Dutch and English Benefits Compensation up to 110000 euro yearly including, holiday pay and 13th salary, Individual incentive plan, 25 vacation days per year, Holiday allowance of 8%, An annual contract with the intention of permanent employment. Requirements

Requires a BSc or MSc in Process, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with over 8 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance and reliability. Must be professionally proficient in both Dutch and English.
