Dutch-Speaking Chat Operator | Remote | €13/hour | Full-time | Freelance Contract | C24 is expanding, and we're looking for talented Dutch-speaking Chat Operators to join our remote team. 💶 €13 per hour 💻 Fully remote 🕐 Full-time We are specifically looking for Dutch-speaking candidates based in the Dutch Caribbean, including Curaçao, Aruba, Sint Maarten and Bonaire. This opportunity is intended for candidates based outside Europe who can communicate professionally in both Dutch and English. About the Role As a Chat Operator, you'll communicate with customers through WhatsApp and webchat, helping them with questions, appointments, purchases and other requests. You'll also qualify leads, identify sales opportunities and follow structured conversation flows and campaign guidelines. You'll have access to AI-supported tools to help improve efficiency and the customer experience. What You'll Do • Engage with customers through WhatsApp and webchat • Qualify and validate leads • Help customers book appointments, request information or complete purchases • Follow structured conversation flows and campaign guidelines • Identify and hand over qualified sales opportunities • Use AI-supported tools to improve efficiency and customer experience • Work toward response-time, quality and conversion targets What We're Looking For • Based in Curaçao, Aruba, Sint Maarten or Bonaire • Fluent or highly proficient in Dutch, both written and spoken • Strong written English communication skills • Natural and professional communication style • Fast, accurate and detail-oriented • Comfortable with sales, lead qualification and performance targets • Able to work independently in a remote environment • Available for full-time work Experience in customer service, live chat, WhatsApp support, online sales, appointment setting, lead qualification or e-commerce is a strong advantage. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Candidates must be based in the Dutch Caribbean and be fluent in both Dutch and English. Experience in customer service, live chat, or lead qualification is strongly preferred.
