The team member will collaborate with colleagues on-site, communicate progress clearly, and use digital tools to report work status and maintain records. Remote tasks may include planning work orders, updating project documentation, and coordinating with project managers and clients. Qualifications Ability to support electrical installation work, including basic wiring, component mounting, and use of common hand and power tools. Understanding of fundamental electrical principles and an interest in lighting and installation technology. Capability to read and follow technical instructions, drawings, and installation guidelines accurately. Strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance with relevant electrical regulations and company procedures. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technicians, project managers, and clients. Comfort with using digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and reporting, both on-site and from home. Ability to work independently, manage time in a hybrid environment, and adapt to changing project needs. Relevant vocational training or coursework in electrical engineering or installation is preferred; prior experience in a similar role is an advantage. Willingness to travel to project sites in and around Schiedam as needed and to perform occasional physical tasks such as lifting and working at heights.
