For Calzedonia we’re looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager. Our ideal candidate: Has an innate passion for retail and fashion; Has (initial) experience in retail sales as well as in a managerial role; Is flexible, dynamic, and possesses strong management (and people) skills; Has a healthy dose of determination and the desire to learn; Speaks Dutch, English is a plus; Contributes to and thinks along with creating good visual merchandising for the store; Is available for 35 hours per week; Is eager to help build our brand and network in the Netherlands. Your tasks will include: Supporting the team in achieving and increasing sales in the store while working closely with the District Manager. Stimulating and regulating the sales of your store; Working on providing excellent customer service and building customer loyalty; Motivating and training your team of Sales Assistants within the store; Analyzing and controlling the store's revenue; Contributing to the development of good visual merchandising; Managing the inventory; Serving as the primary contact for the District Manager and HR of your store.

The Store Manager is responsible for driving store sales, motivating the team, and ensuring excellent customer service. They also manage inventory, oversee visual merchandising, and serve as the primary contact for the District Manager.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has retail sales and management experience, along with a passion for fashion. Proficiency in Dutch is required, and the candidate must be available for 35 hours per week.
