Help our community connect, grow, and learn from the work we do For Good Measure is a social impact collective connecting young professionals with meaningful projects at NGOs. We've just completed our first successful pilot, researching what nature conservation NGOs need and completed a real project for an NGO. Now we have three new projects starting soon, meaning our community is growing! We have a core team of four people focussed on creating For Good Measure. As the community & learning lead you will become a part of this core team and become responsible for bringing the community and learning aspect of For Good Measure to life! We're looking for two people to take this on together, as a duo. You'll both work across community and learning. How exactly you divide the work is something you can figure out together once you start. What you'll do As a part of the core you will be involved with strategic questions and shape where For Good Measure is headed Welcome new people: onboarding materials, first point of contact Build a network of coaches and match them to project teams Organise workshops for Core and project members Design how people get feedback and reflect during a project Manage our WhatsApp community, post updates, find creative ways to build connection Organise in person meetups to create the sense of community during 2027. Who we're looking for You're outgoing and genuinely like connecting people, but you also think in terms of structure: workflows, feedback loops, how people actually grow. You're comfortable running things hands-on (events, workshops, coach check-ins) and get energized by trying things out and finding what works. You won't be joining an established organisation, you're helping build the core of For Good Measure, so being proactive and having ideas matters most to us. What we offer Compensation: Voluntary for now. We're applying for funding and will compensate everyone's work eventually, but we're not there yet. Core Responsibilities

You will be responsible for onboarding new members, building a network of coaches, and managing the community through workshops and meetups. Additionally, you will contribute to the core team's strategic direction and design feedback mechanisms for project members.

Requirements

We are looking for outgoing individuals who are comfortable with hands-on tasks and possess a structured approach to community building. You should be proactive, energized by experimentation, and capable of managing workflows and feedback loops.
