Role Description Job Title: IT Infrastructure / Site Support Location: Groningen, Netherlands Work Model: Onsite – 5 days per week Start Date: 1 January 2027 Duration: Long-term Language: Dutch and English – Proficient Job Summary We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to provide onsite operational and project support for R&D and Manufacturing systems at a Life Sciences site in Groningen. The role will support IT infrastructure and laboratory/manufacturing systems operating in GxP-regulated environments, ensuring compliance with validation, security, and data-integrity requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide operational and project support for R&D Laboratory and Manufacturing IT systems. Support systems operating within GxP-regulated environments and ensure compliance with validation and data-integrity requirements. Support the Site Technology Service Owner (TSO) with daily activities, including: Data analysis Knowledge article updates New application onboarding Data migration and other site projects Collaborate with key site stakeholders, including: Business Technology Lead (BTL) Technology Service Owner (TSO) Site Delivery Lead (SDL) Information Security Risk Management (ISRM) Operations Technology Lead (OTL) Act as SPOC / Project Lead for complex service requests and local IT projects. Work closely with Manufacturing, Laboratory, Logistics, Plant Engineering, and IT teams to understand requirements and resolve issues. Monitor service levels, metrics, and site health for GTS services, including network reliability, availability, and capacity. Create and maintain dashboards and Kanban boards to track tickets, projects, and ongoing activities. Maintain CMDB information related to GTS services. Build strong relationships and maintain effective communication with site stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Use ServiceNow to manage and report on incidents, tasks, service requests, and other IT activities. Support risk, security, vulnerability, and compliance management for GTS services. Support local asset planning, purchasing, deployment, and decommissioning. Coordinate end-user services and work with Service Desk and L2 teams on: Backup Database Windows Networking Desktop and printer support Hardware User access Collaboration tools Software installation and maintenance Coordinate and track service requests through resolution. Required Skills & Experience 5–10 years of experience managing IT infrastructure, preferably within: R&D environments Manufacturing / shop-floor environments Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry Experience working in GxP-regulated environments. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, end-user services, networking, applications, and site IT operations. Good understanding of ServiceNow, including reports, incidents, tasks, and service requests. Experience with CMDB and IT service management. Knowledge of IT security, vulnerability, risk, compliance, and data-integrity requirements. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work independently and act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for site IT requirements. Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills. Fluent/proficient Dutch and English is required. Requirements

Requires 5–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, specifically within life sciences, manufacturing, or R&D environments. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of GxP regulations, ServiceNow, IT security, and have the ability to work independently on-site.
