We are looking for a technical co-founder to build a new company with us from the ground up. We have identified a clear opportunity in a specific market, with a concrete plan to go after it. The details are confidential for now and will be shared in person. Our goal is simple: bring a high-quality product to market quickly and scale from there. The role As technical co-founder, you own the technology end to end, from the first prototype to a product that is live, stable and scalable. You use AI-assisted development (vibe coding) to move from idea to working product fast, without compromising on quality. What we're looking for 5–10 years of hands-on experience in software development or product engineering A strong track record of shipping high-quality products in short, fast iteration cycles Deep experience with AI-assisted development and tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable or similar The ability to judge, review and improve AI-generated code for security, performance and maintainability Full-stack capability: front end, back end, data, integrations and deployment Strong product sense: you know what to build, what to leave out and when something is good enough to ship Pragmatic architecture skills: you build fast now without creating problems for later An entrepreneurial mindset: you want ownership, not an assignment Comfort with uncertainty, and the drive to make decisions and take responsibility from day one What we offer A co-founder position with real equity in a company to be incorporated (Dutch BV) The chance to shape the product, the tech stack and the company culture from scratch A flexible start: part-time is possible at first, with a clear ambition to move fast Next step Does this sound like you, or do you know someone who fits? Core Responsibilities

Requirements
