RIVVIA Workspace & Members Club Location: Amsterdam (Keizersgracht 127, Keizersgracht 264) Type: Full-time, on-site Reporting to: Guus Vrind and Ben Cardona About RIVVIA RIVVIA is a premium workspace and members club with two canal-side locations in Amsterdam and three in London, and today it stands alongside the likes of Soho House as a destination in its own right. B Corp certified and growing fast, we're known for beautifully designed spaces, a curated community of ambitious professionals and an ever-expanding calendar of members' events and experiences. What started as a workspace has evolved into something much bigger, and we're just getting started. The Role As Workplace Experience Host, you'll be the face of RIVVIA in Amsterdam, working across both Keizersgracht 127 and Keizersgracht 264. You'll bring our bar and hospitality standards to life every day, serving members with warmth and attention, and getting to know their preferences well enough that they feel like part of the community rather than customers. Alongside the bar, you'll keep the wider workspace running properly. That means building rounds, tidy pantries, and flagging anything that needs fixing before it becomes a problem. You'll work closely with the Lead Community Assistant, but you'll be trusted to spot what needs doing and get on with it, not wait to be told. What You'll Own Bar & Hospitality Prepare and serve beverages to RIVVIA's quality standards, with attentive, proactive service to members at all times Learn and remember the preferences of regular members, helping build a genuine sense of community Monitor and record milk and bean waste, keeping a lean, cost conscious workflow Keep the bar area clean, organised and professional, in line with our Clean as You Go approach Ensure member tabs are correctly assigned and closed out by the end of each working day Community & Building Operations Carry out scheduled building rounds, keeping the workspace tidy, furniture aligned and ready for members Clean and restock pantries at set points across the day (morning, post-lunch and evening) Support the Lead Community Assistant or Manager with ad hoc building tasks and event preparation Act as first point of contact for spotting and reporting maintenance or facility issues to the Operations Manager Who You Are Experience in hospitality, barista work or a member-facing customer service role Genuinely proactive - you notice what needs doing and get on with it without being asked Comfortable working across two sites and happy to be hands-on and on your feet throughout the day A clear, timely communicator, especially on stock levels and building issues You represent the RIVVIA brand through your attire, attitude and punctuality Fluent in English essential, Dutch a plus Right to work in the Netherlands without sponsorship You thrive when things move fast and aren't always linear. Priorities shift, plans change, and you'll sometimes be navigating genuinely new territory. Core Responsibilities

The Workplace Experience Host is responsible for delivering high-quality hospitality, including beverage service and member engagement, while maintaining the workspace environment. They will also oversee building operations, such as pantry management and reporting maintenance issues.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience in hospitality, barista work, or customer service and be able to work on-site across two locations. Proficiency in English is essential, and the candidate must have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
