About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our Cyber Defence team, specifically within CISO Cyber Defence. This pivotal role involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning solutions to enhance our detection and response capabilities against sophisticated cyber threats. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing transformative use cases such as data transformation at scale, sentiment analysis, and developing Agentic workflows that automate and strengthen security controls. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including cybersecurity specialists, data scientists, and stakeholders, to identify challenges, develop innovative solutions, and operationalize models in production environments. Mentoring junior colleagues and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation will also be key aspects of this role. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining the bank’s resilience in an AI-driven threat landscape, ensuring the safety of our customers, employees, and assets.
