Role Purpose As an intern, you will be part of the QHSE team, working closely with Production Operations. Your role is to support safe, compliant, and reliable daily cleanroom operations by assisting with safety observations, learning how hazards are identified, and helping reinforce safe working methods. This internship helps build a strong safety mindset and a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Support daily safety inspections by joining the Safety Officer on the production floor to observe how hazards, deviations, and unsafe behaviours are identified. Assist as on-floor safety support by reinforcing safe behaviour, correct equipment use, and cleanroom discipline under supervision. Participate in risk assessments and help identify appropriate control measures for operational activities. Support the tracking and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions resulting from inspections, incidents, and safety observations. Contribute to incident investigations by collecting information, documenting findings, and supporting root cause analysis activities. Support the organisation and delivery of toolbox talks, safety campaigns, and awareness initiatives. Promote a proactive safety mindset through positive engagement with colleagues and by encouraging safe working behaviours. Observe and assist with LOTO during interventions, learning how correct Lock-Out/Tag-Out execution is verified. Assist in reviewing workplace procedures and work instructions to ensure safety requirements are adequately addressed. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Integrale Veiligheidskunde (IVK), Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Safety Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field. Strong interest in operational safety, production environments, and cleanroom discipline. Structured working style with attention to detail. Good communication skills in English. Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health, Safety & Environment, Safety Engineering, or a related field. Must possess strong English communication skills and a proactive mindset toward high-tech operational safety.
