Responsible for data entry in ERP (SAP) & WMS system and control of inventory of packing materials. Responsible for compliance of regulatory requirements as per cGMP norms. Responsible for timely and correct material dispensing and issuance to production for manufacturing. Responsible for handling and storage of Raw materials. Responsible for control of inventory of Raw materials. Responsible for maintaining routine housekeeping in warehouse areas as per cGMP norms Responsible for collect / deposit of cGMP documents and arrangement for submitting the same to QA department after completion.. Responsible for handling, maintenance, verification and calibration of equipment’s/instruments in warehouse. Responsible for timely attend the trainings on cGMP documents and revised documents. Responsible to ensure EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) related activities to be completed on time and to support EHS activities as per the requirements. Responsible for monitoring and maintenance of safety compliance at work place. Responsible to maintain good hygiene, safety practices and cGMP practices.

Core Responsibilities

The Technical Staff is responsible for the proper storage, inventory control, and dispensing of raw and packing materials in compliance with cGMP norms. They also manage warehouse equipment maintenance, calibration, and ensure adherence to EHS and safety protocols.

Requirements

Candidates must be proficient in ERP (SAP) and WMS systems and have a strong understanding of cGMP regulatory requirements. The role requires the ability to maintain safety standards, perform accurate data entry, and manage warehouse documentation.
