For more details, please visit : www.piramalpharmasolutions.com Job Title Senior Executive-Warehouse Job Description Responsible for proper storage of Finished goods and Raw materials as per cGMP norms. Responsible for data entry in S4 HANA (SAP) & eWMS system and control of inventory of packing materials. Responsible for compliance of regulatory requirements as per cGMP norms. Responsible for handling and storage of Finished goods. packing and Raw materials. Responsible to coordinate with cross-functional department, Production, QA, QC, Engg, planning for smooth planning and follow-up as per routine activities in warehouse. Timely dispensed and issuance of batch as per manufacturing requirement and arrangement of in process container (IPC) and planning for timely batch releases. Responsible for correct data entry and handling of eWMS program in SAP system. Responsible for maintaining routine housekeeping in warehouse areas as per cGMP norms. Responsible for disposal of rejected/LRN and Write-off materials and its documentation. Responsible for timely and correct material dispensing and issuance to production for manufacturing. Responsible to ensure EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) related activities to be completed on time and to support EHS activities as per the requirements. Responsible for monitoring and maintenance of safety compliance at work place. Responsible to maintain good hygiene, safety practices and cGMP practices.

Core Responsibilities

The Senior Executive-Warehouse is responsible for the proper storage, inventory control, and documentation of raw materials and finished goods according to cGMP norms. They must coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely material dispensing and batch issuance while maintaining safety and EHS compliance.

Requirements

The candidate must be proficient in SAP S4 HANA and eWMS systems for accurate data entry and inventory management. A strong understanding of cGMP regulatory requirements and warehouse safety practices is essential for this role.
