We combine deep expertise with a pragmatic approach: turning complex commercial challenges into clear insights and actionable recommendations. What Will You Do? As a Commercial Analytics Intern, you will support different client projects and contribute to analyses that directly support commercial decision-making. Data & Analytics Collect, structure and analyse large datasets from different sources. Clean and combine data to create a reliable analytical foundation. Perform analyses using tools such as Excel, R, Python and/or Power BI. Develop analyses and visualisations for client presentations and management reporting. Support the development and improvement of dashboards and reporting. Commercial & Transaction Analytics Analyse transactional data to identify commercial opportunities and areas for improvement. Analyse revenue, volumes, pricing, margins, product mix and customer behaviour. Perform pricing and margin analyses. Identify trends, deviations and opportunities to improve commercial performance. Translate analytical findings into clear commercial insights and recommendations. Supplier & Customer Benchmarking Conduct benchmarking analyses of suppliers, customers, products and commercial performance. Compare price levels, volumes, margins and other relevant KPIs. Collect and analyse market and competitive data. Identify opportunities for cost savings, growth and commercial improvement. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for an analytically strong student who: Is pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Economics, Finance, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Commercial Economics, or a related field at HBO or university level. Has a strong analytical foundation and enjoy approaching complex questions through data. Has an interest in commercial topics and want to understand what analytical findings mean for the business. Works independently, accurately and in a structured way. Is proactive and take ownership. Can translate complex analyses into clear conclusions. Communicates clearly and is comfortable sharing insights with colleagues and clients. Has experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Has experience with R, Python, Power BI or similar analytical tools. Has strong English communication skills. Dutch is a plus. What Do We Offer? Als Commercial Analytics Intern ondersteun je verschillende klantprojecten en werk je mee aan analyses die direct bijdragen aan commerciële besluitvorming. Data & Analytics Verzamelen, structureren en analyseren van grote datasets uit verschillende bronnen. Opschonen en combineren van data en zorgen voor een betrouwbare analytische basis. Uitvoeren van analyses met behulp van onder andere Excel, R, Python en/of Power BI. Ontwikkelen van analyses en visualisaties voor klantpresentaties en management reporting. Ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen en verbeteren van dashboards en rapportages. Commercial & Transaction Analytics Analyseren van transactionele data om commerciële kansen en verbeterpunten te identificeren. Analyseren van omzet, volumes, prijzen, marges, productmix en klantgedrag. Uitvoeren van pricing- en margin analyses. Identificeren van trends, afwijkingen en potentiële verbeteringen in commerciële performance. Vertalen van analytische bevindingen naar duidelijke commerciële inzichten en aanbevelingen. Supplier & Customer Benchmarking Uitvoeren van benchmarks van leveranciers, klanten, producten en commerciële prestaties. Vergelijken van prijsniveaus, volumes, marges en andere relevante KPI's. Verzamelen en analyseren van markt- en concurrentiedata. Identificeren van mogelijkheden voor kostenbesparing, groei en commerciële verbetering. Wie zoeken wij? We zoeken een analytisch sterke student(e) die: Een opleiding volgt in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Bedrijfseconomie, Finance, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Commerciële Economie of een vergelijkbare richting op HBO- of WO-niveau. Een sterke analytische basis heeft en vindt het interessant om complexe vraagstukken vanuit data te benaderen. Interesse heeft in commerciële vraagstukken en wilt begrijpen wat analyses betekenen voor de business. Zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werkt. Proactief is en neemt verantwoordelijkheid. Complexe analyses kan vertalen naar duidelijke conclusies. Helder communiceert en vindt het interessant om inzichten te delen met collega's en klanten. Ervaring heeft met Microsoft Office, met name Excel. Affiniteit heeft met R, Python, Power BI of vergelijkbare analysetools. Beheerst het Engels goed. Kennis van het Nederlands is een pré. Core Responsibilities

Requirements
