Role: Mendix Developer Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Experience: 5 - 8 Years About the Role We are seeking an experienced Mendix Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade low-code applications using the Mendix platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in application development, workflow automation, integrations, and delivering scalable business solutions using low-code technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using Mendix Studio Pro. Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient low-code solutions. Build responsive web and mobile applications on the Mendix platform. Develop and maintain Microflows, Nanoflows, Domain Models, Business Rules, and Workflows. Integrate applications with REST APIs, SOAP services, databases, and third-party systems. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Mendix Studio Pro. Experience developing low-code/no-code applications. Strong understanding of: Microflows and Nanoflows Domain Models Workflows Data Modeling User Management and Security Responsive UI Development Experience with: REST APIs SOAP Web Services OData JSON/XML Database Integrations Knowledge of Git, DevOps, and CI/CD practices. Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Mendix Intermediate or Advanced Certification. Knowledge of Java customization within Mendix. Experience with cloud deployment and containerized environments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Experience Required 5-8 years of overall IT experience. Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Mendix development experience. Experience delivering at least one end-to-end application development project using Mendix. Nice to Have Experience in Process Automation and Digital Transformation initiatives. Exposure to Manufacturing, Pharma, Consumer Goods, Retail, or Supply Chain domains. Knowledge of Low-Code Governance and Enterprise Architecture frameworks. Requirements
