Job Description

The role You will keep day-to-day SAP Security & Authorization operations running smoothly by managing user administration, access provisioning and routine troubleshooting across S/4HANA, Fiori and GRC environments, at a sporting goods manufacturing company. You work with IT support teams, application owners and senior SAP security consultants and report to the SAP Security Lead. What you will do Manage user administration and access provisioning across the SAP landscape to keep business processes operational and secure. Maintain and update existing roles (PFCG) under senior consultant guidance, applying modern role design principles for S/4HANA. Troubleshoot authorization failures (using SU53, ST01, STAUTHTRACE, SU56) and resolve Fiori-related access issues involving OData services, ICF nodes, catalogs and tiles. Resolve L1/L2 access tickets, document repeatable solutions, and escalate complex incidents to the senior SAP security team when required. Support compliance and audit activities by preparing user listings, role assignment reports and assisting SoD checks using existing tools. What you bring 5- 7 years hands-on experience in SAP Security & Authorization across S/4HANA and Fiori environments. Practical experience with PFCG, SU24/SU25, SU53, SU56 and tracing tools ST01/STAUTHTRACE. Experience with SAP Fiori security components: catalogs, spaces, groups, /UI2/FLP, OData activation and SICF. Hands-on knowledge of GRC Access Control (EAM & ARA) and solid understanding of SoD principles, audit controls and risk mitigation. Ability to work independently on day-to-day tasks and collaboratively in multi-functional teams; strong stakeholder communication. Based in or able to work in the Netherlands; willing to work on-site and in hybrid setup as needed. Nice to have Experience designing roles using UCON or IAM models. Prior exposure to automated provisioning integrations or identity management tools. You will thrive in this role if You enjoy fast-paced operational work with frequent incident handling and clear escalation paths. You are methodical and keep strong documentation for repeatable fixes and auditability. You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders to move incidents to resolution.

Requirements

Requires 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and Authorization with proficiency in PFCG and Fiori security components. Candidates must have knowledge of GRC Access Control and be based in or able to work in the Netherlands.
