We're looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to help shape how finance, operations, and leadership understand and trust the data that drives our business. You'll work closely with our finance team, IT, and other departments to build a platform that connects financial and operational data into one consistent picture. We regularly get hands-on with the numbers ourselves, ensuring what we build is accurate and genuinely useful, while becoming platform experts in the process. About The Role What You'll Do Own our Jedox environment end-to-end - consolidation, reporting, and the platform that sits behind it Expand the platform to a true business performance cockpit that connects operational and financial data Build and evolve dashboards and reports that give finance and operations a shared, consistent view of performance Connect datasets and systems through interfaces, linking data across the right time units and dimensions Support budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, financial consolidation, and operational performance reporting Shape the future of our wider data landscape. Work closely with our finance team (group controller, business controller, finance manager) as well as senior leadership, Commercial, Tech, and other performance enablement teams Balance keeping existing systems running smoothly with building new capabilities from the ground up What You'll Need Significant experience (7+ years) in data engineering, data platforms, or a closely related field Strong commitment to data integrity and solid understanding of financial fundamentals. You understand consolidation, Balance Sheet, P&L and Cashflow. You’re comfortable communicating with different stakeholders and adapting your level of detail to your audience. You can talk data with engineers, discuss numbers with Finance You’re comfortable defining your own priorities in a newly created role, taking ownership and standing your ground when competing priorities and senior stakeholders demand your attention. You understand that quality and data integrity matter, especially when strategic and tactical decisions are made based on the work you deliver. Core Responsibilities

You will own the end-to-end Jedox environment and build a business performance cockpit that integrates financial and operational data. You will collaborate with finance and leadership to develop dashboards and reports that provide a consistent view of business performance.

Requirements

The role requires over 7 years of experience in data engineering or data platforms with a strong understanding of financial fundamentals like P&L and Balance Sheets. You must be a proactive communicator capable of managing priorities and working effectively with both technical and financial stakeholders.
