Job Description

Founding Account Executive → Head of Sales/GTM First commercial hire at Rewize. Eindhoven. About Rewize E-commerce brands across Europe and the US lose millions every year to stockouts, overstock and slow purchasing cycles. It ties up cash, slows growth and strains supplier relationships, and it gets harder as brands scale. Rewize is the AI-driven inventory planning platform that fixes this. We connect sales, marketing and supply chain data to forecast demand, automate reordering and help brands decide what to buy, when and how much. Our customers cut stockouts by around 40% and inventory costs by around 35%. It's agentic, easy to use, fast, reliable and human-in-the-loop, built for the operators behind today's fastest-growing brands. We're operators ourselves. Thijs ran his own e-commerce brands for seven years and nearly went under three times because of inventory. Joep optimised inventory policies at Philips and built forecasting algorithms at Bol.com. We're growing fast internationally, and we're now hiring the person who'll take ownership of our commercial engine and help us scale it. The opportunity The supply chain space is overdue for innovation. Most operations teams still run on Excel and legacy software, while expectations and technology have moved on. Until now, every customer has been won by the founders, and that has worked. We have a sales motion that closes: a clear discovery and proposal process, a qualification method we trust, and deals that sometimes close in under three weeks. But we're growing fast, and demand is outgrowing the founders' calendars. That's why we're making our first commercial hire. There's no team above you and no manager between you and the founders. The motion is proven, and how it scales from here is yours to shape. What you'll own Your pipeline, from day one. Prospecting, list building, outbound, sequences and qualification are yours immediately, not after an onboarding period. Your deals, from first touch to signed contract and beyond. Discovery, demo, business case, negotiation and close, then the handover and the expansion after. Founders are next to you where it helps, but you'll be running your own deals fast. International growth. We already sell across Europe and beyond, and we're pushing further into the US. Different buyers, different hours, different rhythm, and you work out what lands where. The playbook. Take what works today, pressure-test it, write it down and make it better. Channel experiments. One at a time, with a clear rule up front for when we kill it or scale it. The voice of the market. You hear the objections and gaps first, and product listens to you. The team. Once the foundation holds, you hire the first people around you and lead them. About you You're hungry. You want to build something, you want to own it, and you measure yourself on the number. You create your own opportunities. No inbound queue and no brand doing the work for you. You find the brands, start the conversation and turn it into pipeline. Ask how you prospect and you'll describe a system, not a theory. No ego about where the meeting came from. You sell with a methodology. MEDDICC, SPICED, Sandler or your own version. It doesn't matter which, as long as you can explain how you qualify, how you know a deal is real and when you walk away. You can run a buying group. Our deals involve the founder, the ops or supply chain lead and often finance. You know how to find the real decision maker, build a champion and keep momentum across all of them. You're consultative, not a feature-dumper. You ask about pain, quantify it and challenge the answer. You have a 0→1 mentality. You don't need to have built a sales function from nothing. But you're comfortable where things aren't finished, and you'd rather build the missing piece than wait for it. You communicate clearly with founders, customers and non-technical people. Collaborative, low ego, high energy. You're building a career, not taking a job. You want to own the sales function, hire into it and run it. This is a role you'd point at in ten years. What we're looking for Around 2 - 5 years in B2B SaaS sales, with real closing responsibility. Grit and discipline matter more than the exact number. A track record of consistently exceeding targets. Startup or scale-up experience. Fluent English. Bonus points for Selling across more than one geography. Germany, the Netherlands and the US are not the same sale. If you haven't done it yet but want to, including the occasional evening call with a US buyer, that counts too. Experience at our deal size or bigger. E-commerce, supply chain, ERP or another technically complex sale. An existing network among Shopify and DTC brands. Marketing or growth experience. Dutch alongside English. Why join Impact. Every deal you close is a visible percentage of company revenue. Nothing sits between your work and the outcome. Ownership. You own the outbound motion, the qualification criteria, the sequences and the objection handling, and the number that comes out of them. Growth. You start as the person who closes. As the numbers hold, you build the team around you and step into leading sales. The product is built to scale well beyond where we are today, and if you grow with it, the role can grow all the way to leading the commercial side of the company. We won't hand out titles. The seat is real, and it's yours to earn. Working at Rewize Location. Our HQ is in Eindhoven. We believe in working together in person. Equity. A meaningful stake in the company. Compensation. A competitive base salary plus uncapped commission on every deal you close. You earn from the first euro and there's no ceiling on the upside. Benefits. Flexible hours and holidays, team retreats, a MacBook and the tools you need to do the job properly. How to apply Send us a short note with three things: why you, one deal you're proud of and what it actually took to close it, and your numbers: quota, attainment, and how much of your pipeline you sourced yourself. If the numbers aren't flattering, tell us anyway and tell us why.

Core Responsibilities

You will own the entire commercial engine, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals from first touch to contract. Additionally, you will be responsible for shaping the sales playbook, managing international growth, and eventually building and leading the sales team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of exceeding targets. You must possess strong grit, discipline, a 0-1 mentality, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.

Benefits

  • Equity
  • Flexible hours
  • Flexible holidays
  • Team retreats
  • MacBook
