As a Shiftleader Food & Beverage, you and your team ensure that every guest receives a warm welcome, excellent service and an unforgettable hospitality experience. You will be responsible for the daily operational leadership of our teams across our restaurants, terraces, bars and event spaces. You are highly visible on the floor, actively participate in the operation and make sure everything runs smoothly. Together with the Food & Beverage Manager and fellow Shiftleaders, you contribute to a welcoming, professional and efficient F&B operation. What will you do? ❆ Lead and support the Food & Beverage team during daily operations; ❆ Coach, motivate and develop employees on the floor; ❆ Actively work alongside the team in service and ensure an excellent guest experience; ❆ Monitor the quality, service and overall appearance of our restaurants, bars, terraces and event spaces; ❆ Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to efficient and guest-focused ways of working; ❆ Resolve operational challenges and act as a point of contact for guests and colleagues; ❆ Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and fellow Shiftleaders to continuously improve our F&B operation. Who are you? ❆ You have at least 2 years of experience in hospitality, for example in table service; ❆ Previous experience in leading or coaching colleagues is preferred; ❆ You have a good command of Dutch and English ❆ You have strong communication and organisational skills; ❆ You are proactive, guest-oriented and flexible; ❆ You are available to work from 32 to 38 hours per week; ❆ You are flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays. Core Responsibilities

You will lead and coach the Food & Beverage team during daily operations to ensure excellent service and a welcoming guest experience. Additionally, you will actively work on the floor to monitor quality and resolve operational challenges across restaurants, bars, and event spaces.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in hospitality, with previous leadership or coaching experience preferred. Proficiency in both Dutch and English is required, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
