What will you do? ❆ Prepare buffets for parties and events; ❆ Prepare dishes served in our restaurant, on the terrace and in our self-service restaurant; ❆ Ensure all mise en place is prepared correctly and on time; ❆ Keep the kitchen and work areas clean and ensure kitchen equipment is properly maintained; ❆ Contribute to a smooth and efficient kitchen operation, especially during busy periods. What do we ask? ❆ You have completed a professional cooking or culinary education; ❆ You have relevant work experience in a similar position; ❆ You have good communication and social skills; ❆ You are hands-on and remain calm and focused during busy periods; ❆ You enjoy working hard during peak service as much as preparing and creating great dishes behind the scenes; ❆ You are available to work between 32 and 38 hours per week, including weekdays, weekends and evenings; ❆ You have knowledge of HACCP guidelines; ❆ You are enthusiastic, flexible and enjoy working as part of a team. Core Responsibilities

The cook is responsible for preparing dishes for the restaurant, terrace, and events while ensuring high-quality food standards. Additionally, they must maintain kitchen cleanliness, manage mise en place, and ensure efficient operations during peak service hours.

Requirements

Candidates must have a professional culinary education and relevant work experience in a similar role. Proficiency in HACCP guidelines and the ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment are essential.
