As Shiftleader Kitchen, you make sure our dishes are prepared every day according to our established recipes and standards. We work with a menu dashboard containing all our recipes, and your role is to ensure that the team executes them consistently and to a high standard. You will also be responsible for preparing the daily hot staff meal, healthy, nutritious and with room for your own creativity within our nutritional guidelines. What will you do? ❆ Lead, motivate and support the kitchen team; ❆ Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to our recipes and presentation standards; ❆ Prepare a healthy and nutritious staff meal every day; ❆ Monitor hygiene, food safety and efficient working processes. What do you bring? ❆ Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a professional kitchen; ❆ A strong eye for detail and quality, while working effectively within established processes; ❆ Excellent organisational and coaching skills; ❆ A hands-on, proactive and team-oriented approach; ❆ You have a good command of Dutch and English; ❆ You are flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays. Core Responsibilities

The Shiftleader Kitchen is responsible for leading and motivating the kitchen team to ensure dishes are prepared according to established recipes and standards. Additionally, the role involves monitoring hygiene and food safety while preparing healthy daily staff meals.

Requirements

Candidates must have experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a professional kitchen environment. Strong organizational skills, a proactive team-oriented approach, and proficiency in both Dutch and English are required.
