🚢 We’re hiring: IT Support Specialist | Full-time | Rotterdam MOOV Logistics Are you hands-on with IT, enjoy solving problems, and interested in the connection between technology, systems and logistics? Then we might be looking for you. At MOOV Logistics, you will have a broad role combining office IT support with support for our SmartMOOV platform. You will help colleagues with hardware, software, connectivity and onboarding, while also supporting system issues, integrations and data-related questions. What will you do? Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting Set up laptops, accounts and access for new employees Support SmartMOOV users and investigate system issues Work with data, integrations and SQL to identify root causes Coordinate between users, business teams and technical teams Help improve and automate IT and system processes What are we looking for? Someone with IT/support or systems experience who is hands-on, analytical, communicative and eager to learn. Experience with SQL, EDI, integrations or logistics systems is a strong advantage. Requirements
Requires hands-on experience in IT support or systems management with strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with SQL, EDI, or logistics systems is considered a strong advantage.
