Purpose of role As a Supply Chain Specialist, you support and coordinate day-to-day supply chain activities while ensuring accurate administration, effective communication, and reliable data throughout the supply chain process. Approximately 80% of the role focuses on operational administration and coordination, while 20% is dedicated to reporting, ERP support, process improvement, and supply chain analysis. The role acts as a key operational link between Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Production Planning, Customer Service, Finance, Quality Assurance, suppliers, and logistics service providers. Responsibilities Create, maintain, and monitor purchase and transport orders in the ERP system Follow up on supplier confirmations, delivery dates, open orders, and operational exceptions Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with internal teams and logistics providers Maintain accurate inventory transactions, master data, and supply chain documentation Support purchase order, goods receipt, and supplier invoice matching Prepare KPI reports and highlight deviations, trends, and improvement opportunities Support colleagues with supply chain ERP and process-related questions Participate in process improvements, system changes, and data-quality initiatives About you MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level, preferably in supply chain, logistics, business administration, operations management, or a related field Previous experience in supply chain operations, logistics, purchasing support, customer service, or a comparable administrative and coordinative role Experience with ERP systems and digital document-management tools Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook Experience in manufacturing, food, or production environment is advantageous Accurate, structured, and detail oriented Strong organisational and follow-up skills Proactive, service-oriented, and solution-focused Fluent written and spoken English is essential, Dutch language desirable What we offer you Excellent employment conditions apply with a competitive salary and an attractive bonus scheme. Requirements

Candidates should have an MBO+ or HBO level of education in a relevant field such as supply chain, logistics, or business administration. Previous experience in supply chain operations or administrative roles, along with proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, is required.
