Together, we Make the Place. THE TEAM As part of our Front Office team, you will play an important role in creating exceptional first and last impressions for our guests. Working closely with Concierge, Guest Experience, Housekeeping, Reservations, and other operational departments, you will help ensure a seamless and personalized guest journey at every touchpoint. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will provide leadership and support to the Front Desk team while contributing to a culture of excellence, collaboration, and genuine hospitality. YOUR ROLE As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operation of the Front Desk, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and a memorable departure experience. Through your leadership, coaching, and operational expertise, you will support the Front Office team in delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and professionalism. Your ability to anticipate guest needs, resolve challenges, and inspire your team will contribute directly to guest satisfaction and the overall success of the hotel. HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE Supervise Front Desk operations during your shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Create warm, personalized, and seamless arrival and departure experiences for all guests. Support, coach, and motivate Front Office associates to consistently deliver exceptional service. Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns promptly while ensuring positive outcomes. Monitor room allocations, arrivals, departures, and VIP guests to ensure operational excellence. Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Experience, and other departments to deliver a seamless guest journey. COULD THIS BE YOU? You have experience in a Front Office supervisory position within a hospitality or luxury hotel environment. You are a confident leader who enjoys coaching, developing, and motivating team members. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and build strong relationships with guests and colleagues. You are proactive, hands-on, and thrive on finding solutions in dynamic operational environments. You remain calm, organized, and professional while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. You are comfortable working with hotel property management systems and are fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
