About the role TBR is a bootstrapped cycling tourism startup helping travellers plan trips across Central Italy, expanding to other regions. You’ll work directly with the founder on website, automations, outreach and growth. Real ownership from day one. What you’ll do Improve and maintain our WordPress site (SEO, layout, plugins, automations) Create and schedule content (Instagram, blog, email) Build business automations, AI agents and custom website plug-ins Research and reach out to tour operators, hotels and cycling brands Analyse performance with Google Analytics and AI tools What we’re looking for Currently enrolled in an English-taught HBO or WO programme (marketing, communications, business, quantitative/Engineering/data degrees, or related — interest in the field is key) Available full-time (40h/week) for 4 months (extendable) Based in the Netherlands (Amsterdam a plus) Fluent in English Comfortable with WordPress, social media and basic analytics, Proactive and independent What you get €550/month stipend Claude Code subscription Direct founder mentorship Fast-paced environment where you build, break and learn much faster than in a boring corporate job How to apply Email your CV + short cover letter (max 200 words) to [email protected]
Core Responsibilities

Requirements
Candidates must be currently enrolled in an English-taught HBO or WO program and be available full-time for 4 months. You should be based in the Netherlands, fluent in English, and comfortable with WordPress and basic analytics.
