Design and build end-to-end AI solutions
Bring systems from ideation to production
Make decisions about the architecture and ensure scalability
Manage teams of engineers
Translate business challenges into technical solutions
Work with Python, ML frameworks, GenAI and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Build scalable systems using MLOps and CI/CD
Leverage your technical expertise during client meetings to successfully launch new opportunities.
Time allocation: 70% project work for clients + 30% research, internal (domain) tasks, and more. Please note: ML6 is not an outsourcing company: our people work together with a team of colleagues at the ML6 office on projects where autonomy is highly valued.
WHY YOU?
5+ years of work experience as a software, ML, or AI engineer
Proven experience in delivering end-to-end solutions (in production)
Experience within the GenAI domain (we are currently recruiting for this domain)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Experience leading projects or small technical teams
Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical) in English and Dutch
Familiar with MLOps principles and a passion for building robust, scalable systems

Core Responsibilities
You will design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions while acting as a technical lead and consultant for client projects. You are responsible for managing engineering teams, ensuring system scalability, and translating complex business challenges into technical architectures.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in software, ML, or AI engineering with a proven track record of delivering production-ready solutions. Proficiency in cloud platforms, MLOps principles, and strong communication skills in both English and Dutch are required.
