As a Bartender at Pulitzer Garden, you are at the heart of creating memorable guest experiences. You are responsible for preparing and serving high-quality drinks, cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional hospitality. As the welcoming face of the bar, you create a warm, vibrant, and inviting atmosphere where guests feel instantly at ease.

You take pride in your craft, have a passion for mixology, and enjoy engaging with guests to provide personalized recommendations and outstanding service. From the first greeting to the final farewell, you ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience at Pulitzer Garden.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including signature cocktails, classic drinks, wines, beers, and specialty coffees.
• Act as the welcoming face of the bar, building rapport with guests and creating a friendly and engaging environment.
• Provide expert recommendations on drinks and menu pairings.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of beverage offerings, cocktail recipes, and current industry trends.
• Ensure the bar is clean, organized, fully stocked, and always ready for service.
• Process guest orders efficiently and accurately while maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond proactively to requests and feedback.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Demonstrate flexibility by supporting other Food & Beverage outlets when operationally required, including Banqueting & Roomservice.
