- Leidinggevenden adviseren over uiteenlopende HR-vraagstukken
- Het recruitmentproces coördineren, van vacature tot indiensttreding
- Verzuim-, performance- en ontwikkeltrajecten begeleiden
- HR-beleid, processen en arbeidsvoorwaarden ontwikkelen en verbeteren
- Wet- en regelgeving bewaken en bijdragen aan een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving
- Hbo werk- en denkniveau
- Een afgeronde opleiding HRM of een vergelijkbare richting
- Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in het HR-vakgebied
- Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Kennis van de Duitse taal, arbeidswetgeving en cultuur is een pré
- Beschikbaarheid voor 40 uur per week

Core Responsibilities
The HR advisor acts as a sparring partner for managers and guides employees throughout the entire employee journey. You are responsible for the execution and development of HR policies, recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Requirements
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in HRM or a related field and has 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience. Excellent proficiency in Dutch and English is required, while knowledge of German labor law and culture is considered a plus.
