We have an outstanding learning opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor or Master student who is interested in making a difference in our Away From Home unit at Kraft Heinz!
Help build Kraft Heinz brands in the Away From Home channel, serving restaurants, cafés, hotels, canteens and other foodservice customers. As part of the Trade Marketing team, you will help translate brand strategies into customer-facing activations that support operators in discovering, choosing and using our products.

The position
You will support the Away From Home Trade Marketing team and work closely with Sales, Brand Marketing, culinary teams, wholesalers and external partners to bring category and brand plans to life in the foodservice channel.
Trade Marketing plays a key role in connecting our brands with operators. While Brand Marketing defines what a brand stands for, Trade Marketing ensures that strategy translates into relevant solutions, activations and materials that encourage chefs, restaurant owners and foodservice buyers to choose Kraft Heinz products and keep reordering them.
As an intern at Kraft Heinz, you will be trusted with meaningful responsibilities from the start. Alongside your day-to-day work, you will gain exposure to the commercial side of the business, learn how different functions collaborate and contribute directly to projects that support business growth.
What you’ll do
- Manage B2B & B2C advertising activities
- Support the development and execution of brand activations
- Create print materials for sales teams, including flyers and brochures
- Collaborate with Sales and Brand Marketing teams to translate brand campaigns into relevant foodservice activations
- Support customer events and trade fairs (e.g. Horecava)
- Work with wholesalers and external agencies to ensure impactful execution of promotional activities
- Assist in managing trade marketing budgets and evaluating campaign performance
Job requirements
- Current bachelor’s or master’s enrolment (preferably in Business Administration, Hotel school, Communications, Creative Business)
- Strong written and verbal Dutch communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Enrolment at a university for at least 50% of the internship period.
NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands)

What we offer:
- Start date: Mid-January 2027
- Duration: 6 months
- Allowance: €625 per month (40 hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses
- Location: Amsterdam, hybrid (occasional home working in alignment with the team)

Core Responsibilities
The intern will support the Away From Home Trade Marketing team by managing advertising activities and executing brand activations. They will also collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create promotional materials and assist in managing trade marketing budgets.
Requirements
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or Communications. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent Dutch communication skills are required, along with EU working rights.
