The Systems Engineer's main mission will be to support the sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales, sales calls.
As a Systems Engineer you will:
- Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint (Pre-sales)
- Be the main technical resource on sales calls and answer/ educate the customer on issues ranging from features, specifications and functionality to integration.
- Conversant with networking applications and solutions.
- Provide assistance to identified customers with post-sales training.

- You’re fluent in Dutch and comfortable operating in a technical, customer-facing environment
- You bring experience (±2–5 years) in systems engineering, pre-sales, or cybersecurity—or you’re ready to grow into it
- You understand the fundamentals of networking and security (TCP/IP, DNS, secure protocols)
- You’re curious about modern cybersecurity trends like Zero Trust, SASE, and cloud security
- You have exposure to security technologies such as IAM, EDR/XDR, SIEM, or similar—or a strong interest to learn them
- You’re familiar with secure protocols and authentication methods (TLS, IPsec, OAuth, PKI) at any depth
- You enjoy working on secure architectures across hybrid, cloud, or enterprise environments
- You care about keeping systems safe, and you stay aware of evolving threats and best practices
- You can communicate clearly and confidently, from technical deep-dives to business conversations
- Most importantly: you’re motivated to learn, grow, and make an impact in cybersecurity
Core Responsibilities
The Systems Engineer will support the sales organization by qualifying technical leads and serving as the primary technical resource during sales calls. Additionally, they will provide post-sales training and educate customers on networking and security solutions.
Requirements
Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in systems engineering or cybersecurity with a strong understanding of networking fundamentals and secure protocols. Proficiency in Dutch and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders are essential.
