Functieomschrijving
- Controle uitoefenen op onze ADM-operaties (Alternative Delivery Model) en bijdragen aan de uitrol van het Global Delivery Network (GDN) — een strategische pijler van Deloitte;
- Nieuwe Delivery Centers onboarden en deze administratief inrichten binnen de Nederlandse financiële processen;
- Afstemming waarborgen tussen Business en Finance met betrekking tot bestaande en nieuwe ADM-operaties;
- Fungeren als tussenpersoon tussen Global Finance Services (GFS) en de Finance Business Partners — met focus op het opvolgen van uitzonderingen en escalaties, zodat rapporten en analyses zoveel mogelijk door GFS worden uitgevoerd;
- Cross-business rapporten voorbereiden met hoogwaardige analyses en adviezen (ad hoc);
- Plannings- en forecastingprocessen ondersteunen en optimaliseren;
- Financiële administratie monitoren om soepele controle te waarborgen;
- Business partner zijn voor management en stakeholders — adviseren over financiële processen en best practices;
- Projecten leiden of deelnemen aan initiatieven gericht op procesverbeteringen en operationele excellence.

- Een afgeronde universitaire of bacheloropleiding in Finance (Bedrijfseconomie/Accountancy);
- ten minste jaar relevante werkervaring in een management accounting of (financial) controller rol;
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
- Kennis van relevante wetten en regelgeving.

Als Senior Consultant - Financial Controller hou je als ADM-specialist toezicht op ADM-processen, zet je nieuwe delivery centers op en beheert je uitzonderingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle financiële gegevens accuraat en betrouwbaar zijn. Samen met Finance Business Partners en Global Financial Services (GFS) stel je analyses en adviezen op die het management inzichten geven om de prestaties te verbeteren. Finance treedt hierbij op als volwaardige business partner voor de interne business. Je werkt vanuit ons kantoor in Rotterdam en hebt de flexibiliteit om ook thuis te werken.
Core Responsibilities
The Senior Consultant will oversee financial processes for Alternative Delivery Models and manage the onboarding of new Global Delivery Network centers. They will act as a business partner to management, providing high-quality financial analyses and ensuring the accuracy of financial administration.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a university or bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics. A minimum of one year of relevant experience in management or financial controlling is required, along with excellent proficiency in Dutch and English.
