Als M&A Analyst bij Verder International speel je een sleutelrol in een van onze belangrijkste groeipijlers: strategische acquisities. Je kijkt verder dan de cijfers en begrijpt het verhaal achter technologie, marktpositie en organisatie. Van targetidentificatie tot due diligence, contractonderhandeling, closing en integratie: je bent end-to-end betrokken bij transacties die duurzame waarde creëren.
Je werkt in een vrijwel volledig internationale context nauw samen met de M&A Director, Finance Director, CEO’s, divisies en externe adviseurs. Vanuit het snijvlak van M&A en Finance verbind je financiële analyse met juridische, fiscale, operationele en strategische inzichten.
Wat breng je mee?
- Minimaal een bacheloropleiding in Finance, Bedrijfskunde, Economie of vergelijkbaar.
- Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in M&A, Transaction Services, Audit, Corporate Finance of Consulting bij een gerenommeerde organisatie.
- Ervaring met het volledige M&A-proces én met integratieactiviteiten, waaronder legal en tax structuring.
- Ervaring binnen een internationale en complexe organisatie.
- Goede juridische basiskennis en sterk financieel en commercieel inzicht.
- Uitstekende analytische, probleemoplossende en organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Sterke communicatievaardigheden op C-level-niveau.
- Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
- Uitstekende kennis van Excel, AI-toepassingen en Microsoft Office.
- Bereidheid om incidenteel internationaal te reizen.
Wat ga je doen?
- Identificeren, analyseren en beoordelen van acquisitie, investerings en desinvesteringsmogelijkheden.
- Opstellen van financiële modellen, waarderingen, businesscases en managementpresentaties.
- Coördineren van financiële, commerciële, operationele, juridische en fiscale due diligence.
- Ondersteunen bij transactiestructurering, contractonderhandelingen, closing en dealexecutie.
- Coördineren van het volledige transactieproces en de samenwerking met interne teams en externe adviseurs.
- Ondersteunen van integratieactiviteiten, waaronder juridische en fiscale structurering.
- Beoordelen van mogelijke implicaties voor groepsstructuur, financiering, fiscaliteit en operatie.
- Bijdragen aan post-transaction reviews, herstructureringen en de realisatie van synergieën.

Core Responsibilities
You will manage the end-to-end M&A process, including target identification, due diligence, and transaction execution. Additionally, you will support integration activities and provide financial analysis to drive strategic growth.
Requirements
Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Economics and possess a minimum of five years of experience in M&A or related fields. Proficiency in Dutch and English, along with strong financial and analytical skills, is required.
