  • Lead, coach, and develop the Benelux Payments Sales team, setting clear expectations on coverage models, sales disciplines, and client activity standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, while attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Ensure consistent execution of best practices across client planning, opportunity qualification, proposal development, and client engagement.
  • Partner cross-functionally (Global Corporate Banking, Subsidiary Banking, Client Service, Implementations, Operations, Technology, Risk, Credit, Legal) to optimize delivery, bring the client voice into solution design/product evolution, and oversee strategic initiatives and large-scale client programs with strong governance.
  • Maintain strong market and competitor awareness to sharpen positioning, represent the Benelux franchise internally, contribute to broader EMEA priorities, and ensure sales activity adheres to risk, controls, compliance, and AML/KYC requirements (including for higher-risk clients/industries).
