A day as a courier What does your shift look like? START Grab your cargo bike You check in at the hub, load the fresh laundry boxes into your electric cargo bike and review your route in the app. Coffee to go? Always. ON THE ROAD Collect & deliver You ride independently for 2–3 hours around the neighbourhood. Pick up dirty laundry, drop off clean — happy customers. Great for your step count and your mood. END Back at the hub Bike back on the charger, route wrapped up in the app, and a quick catch-up with your colleagues. Done — until your next shift. Your pay What you’ll earn Your hourly rate depends on your age. Amounts are gross and include 8% holiday allowance. In your account every week. Age 18 €11.72 per hour Age 19 €12.72 per hour Age 20 €13.71 per hour Age 21 and over €14.71 per hour Amounts are gross per hour. Holiday allowance (8%) and holiday days come on top — all-in that’s around €14.42 (age 18) to €17.58 (age 21+) per hour. Tips and any surcharges can be added too. Hours & flexibility You plan, we handle the rest Example shifts Morning pickup round 08:00–11:00 Afternoon round 12:00–15:00 Evening delivery 17:00–20:30 Weekend round 10:00–13:00 Shifts last around 2–3 hours. Combine several in a day if you like. Good to know You work 6 to 15 hours per week — perfect alongside your studies. You share your availability weekly and plan your own shifts. Shift doesn’t suit you? Swap it with a colleague up to a day in advance. You’re available for at least 2 months. What we ask of you Is this you? You are at least 18 years old. Frequently asked questions Good to know Do I need a driver’s licence? No. You ride an electric cargo bike, which doesn’t require a licence. You do need to be at least 18. What’s the minimum number of hours? You work between 6 and 15 hours per week, in shifts of 2–3 hours. You plan your own availability. When do I get paid? Every week. Your hourly pay (including 8% holiday allowance) lands in your account weekly. Do I need to speak Dutch? Dutch or English is fine. Much of our team is international. Do I need experience? No. You’ll get a short training and a test ride. If you’re sporty and like to get stuck in, you’ll be fine. How soon can I start? Often within a week. After you apply we’ll call you quickly for a chat and test ride.

Core Responsibilities

The courier is responsible for collecting dirty laundry and delivering clean laundry using an electric cargo bike. They must manage their route via an app and maintain communication with the hub team.

Requirements

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid BSN to work in the Netherlands. The role requires a sporty individual who is comfortable working outdoors and can communicate in Dutch or English.
