Role Description The Account Manager is a part-time, hybrid role. This position is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and translating programs of requirements in offers. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with project teams, preparing proposals and ensuring services align with agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role requires consistent collaboration with colleagues and clients to maintain strong communication and service delivery. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in account management, client relationship building, and stakeholder communication. Experience with project coordination or project management, preferably in construction, engineering, logistics, or security-related environments, vehicle maintenance and/or fleet management. Experience with tender and proposal management, preferably aimed for (non-)governmental organizations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and structured documentation skills. Ability to travel, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple projects or tenders simultaneously. Relevant degree in business, engineering, logistics, security management, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience. Proficiency in written and spoken Dutch, English; additional language skills (German - highly preferred and French - beneficial) and experience in consultancy or advisory services are beneficial. Proficient in use of regular business automation like Office, Adobe Acrobat. The candidate is likely to operate as an independent professional (ZZP) Revenues The income or turnover is composed of a fixed monthly compensation and sales based commission. Requirements
