As an Installation and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the installation operations of bulky items and training installers. You will ensure high-quality installations, coordinate the team, and maintain customer satisfaction. Your Responsibilities Train and manage a team of installers for bulky items. Oversee installation operations and ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction. Work closely with the operations team to align installation schedules with deliveries. Handle customer queries and resolve installation-related issues. Monitor performance and implement improvements in the installation process. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in furniture/appliance installation or similar field. Leadership experience in managing teams. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to train and develop team members. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Hands-on approach and ability to handle physical tasks when needed.
