For our Nieuw-Vennep production site, where we make our warm sauces, we are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our Sales team. In this role, you are the link between customers, Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Production and Quality. You ensure that orders, deliveries, returns, samples and customer questions are handled efficiently and professionally. Your responsibilities Manage customer orders from order to delivery and invoicing Be the first point of contact for customers Coordinate deliveries, returns, complaints and samples Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Production and Quality Identify solutions and help improve our customer service Who are you? You are customer-focused, organized and proactive. You communicate easily, take ownership and remain calm when things get busy. You enjoy working with different people and are not afraid to take initiative. Act as the primary link between customers and internal departments to manage orders from placement to invoicing. Coordinate deliveries, returns, and samples while identifying ways to improve customer service efficiency.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with fluency in both Dutch and English. Experience in customer service or internal sales and familiarity with ERP systems are preferred.
