FinOptima Solutions is seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial CFO to join our founding team. We are looking for someone who can operate beyond traditional finance and take ownership across fundraising, financial operations, and corporate administration. Key responsibilities: Lead and support pre-seed/seed fundraising, investor outreach, due diligence, and fundraising materials. Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, pricing and cost models, runway and use-of-funds analysis. Manage accounting, bookkeeping, reporting, and financial controls. Maintain cap table, equity documentation, and corporate records. Support contracts, IP documentation, HR documentation, and coordinate with external lawyers/accountants when needed. Prepare investor presentations and financial materials and support investor negotiations. Help build scalable finance and operational processes as the company grows. Requirements: Significant startup/early-stage finance experience, ideally with successful pre-seed/seed fundraising; strong financial modeling and negotiation skills; highly hands-on and comfortable wearing multiple hats; C2/fluent professional English; and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving startup environment. We are looking for someone who wants to build the company with us, not simply advise from the sidelines.

Core Responsibilities

The CFO will lead pre-seed/seed fundraising efforts, manage investor relations, and oversee all financial operations including modeling, budgeting, and reporting. Additionally, they will handle corporate administration, cap table management, and establish scalable operational processes for the growing company.

Requirements

Candidates must have significant startup or early-stage finance experience, specifically with successful fundraising and strong financial modeling skills. The role requires a highly hands-on, entrepreneurial individual capable of operating independently in a fast-paced environment with fluent professional English.
