We are looking for a temporary Part-Time Personal Assistant to support our Director with personal and administrative tasks. This is a hybrid position, requiring both in-person and remote support, based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Responsibilities: Assisting with personal and day-to-day matters Creating itineraries for trips and events Managing travel arrangements and basic event coordination Making restaurant reservations Assisting with shopping and errands Purchasing tickets for shows, museums, and other events Handling basic administrative tasks Requirements: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in administrative support Highly organized, reliable, and proactive Comfortable handling personal matters with discretion Available for both in-person and remote work Knows the city like a local Based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Core Responsibilities
The Personal Assistant will support the Director with daily personal and administrative tasks, including travel arrangements and event coordination. Responsibilities also include managing errands, restaurant reservations, and purchasing tickets for various events.
Requirements
Candidates must have previous experience in administrative support or as a personal assistant and be highly organized and proactive. The role requires the individual to be based in Amsterdam and comfortable handling personal matters with discretion.
