Job Description Recruit consultants with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety Analyse training needs to design employee development, language training and health and safety programs Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, and employee benefits Developing and implementing workplace policies, performance management, and absence management Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives, through onboarding and induction training Interpreting and advising on employment law Manage day to day queries and questions from team members and offer guidance accordingly Liaise with the Operations Manager on team development and growth Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts Main Requirements Fluent in both Portuguese and English Preferably previous professional experience in recruitment in the real estate sector Preferably previous human resources management experience and knowledge of local laws Familiar with online job posting tools Verbal and written communication skills are a must Great organisational skills We offer a working contract and the possibility to work along a very professional team and learn in a dynamic environment. Core Responsibilities

Additionally, they will oversee HR functions such as policy development, employee training, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment law.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Portuguese and English with strong communication and organizational skills. Previous professional experience in real estate recruitment and human resources management is preferred.
