Full-time Rotterdam, Netherlands About The Job Join a global sports brand and take charge of major European key accounts, with full ownership and direct influence on revenue and brand positioning. This is a high-impact role where you combine commercial drive with strategic relationship building—operating across markets and shaping our future in Europe. In this role you will be working closely with the Chief Sales Officer and local sales team, plan, coordinate and manage “strategic accounts in the overall aspects of the performance sports business. Support countries to achieve all sales, margin distribution and merchandising objectives in line with the company’s expectations for European region. Coordinate the Sales growth and profitability of the Performance Sports Business (Footwear & Apparel) for selected key accounts. Properly understand and coordination all internal and external processes from product need and development to sales strategy and planning marketing campaigns is required, in order to focus on a clean sell through. Key Tasks And Responsibilities For the assigned or strategic accounts, the KA Sales Manager Europe - Performance Sports will for: Planning Investigate, plan and implement a strategically effective and relevant sales plan, which aligns with the strategic brand direction. Develop accurate and realistic GTM plans, seasonal assortments, forecasts and scenario plans. Conduct monthly and seasonal business reviews with customers. Meet all reporting deadlines in a timely and consistent manner. Provide account feedback to key stakeholders including Business Planning, Sales Management and General Management. Monitor and analyse key account forecast, purchase plan, order placement and inventory maintenance Account Management Effectively manage and drive growth according to the distribution policy, brand guidelines and KPIs. Ensure all sales and margin targets are being achieved on a monthly, quarterly, seasonal and yearly basis. Have clear understanding of customer needs vs brand / company goals and identify opportunities for growth and additional business. Use market knowledge on product trends, pricing and the competition to maximize Mizuno awareness, product placement and sales. Ensure strong alignment with seasonal marketing initiatives. Deliver execution excellence and manage the brand at the POS, both of which are key responsibilities. Communication Establish and maintain timely, consistent and positive external and internal relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer’s business. Report to Chief Sales Officer on a regular basis and update on opportunities, problems, progress, and whether or not additional support is needed. Share expertise and best practice with the Mizuno Field Sales team.
