Share your talents Create meaningful customer experiences – you handle everything from greeting customers warmly to expert treatments and sharing the Rituals story, ensuring customers have an amazing time from start to finish. Be a trusted skincare advisor – do skin analyses, recommend the perfect products, and help customers discover the ideal items to recreate that spa feeling at home. Build a loyal customer base – you're commercial-minded and you always look for ways to turn first-time visitors into returning customers. Keep the spa looking flawless – maintain the space, organize products, and make sure everything feels calm and welcoming for every customer who walks in. Bring all of you You're naturally caring and have that special ability to sense what a customer needs—whether they want a friendly chat or peaceful silence, product advice or just pure relaxation. You're passionate about well-being and beauty, and you get excited just thinking about working inside our beautiful flagship store. You are available to work during opening hours, including evenings and weekends. You're a qualified beauty specialist, and you’re confident in delivering professional treatments like facials, manicures and pedicures. Core Responsibilities
Deliver professional beauty treatments and provide expert skincare advice to customers in the flagship store. Maintain the spa environment and build a loyal customer base through commercial-minded service.
Requirements
Must be a qualified beauty specialist confident in performing facials, manicures, and pedicures. Requires availability for evening and weekend shifts and a passion for well-being.
