You will take ownership of the full event lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution, strong stakeholder alignment, and successful outcomes. Your Responsibilities Include Leading end-to-end event planning, including timelines, agendas, deliverables, and follow-up actions. Acting as the central link between marketing, sales, and business line managers to align objectives and drive results. Managing speakers, partners, and sponsors while ensuring strong visibility and engagement. Developing and improving event processes, templates, documentation, and best practices. Managing event budgets, costs, and evaluations to continuously improve event impact. Event Manager: what your role entails Deliver operational excellence for all physical and digital events. Identify and secure venues that align with event objectives. Manage suppliers, venues, and production partners. Contribute to event design, experience flow, and production decisions. Oversee all logistics, including accommodation, catering, signage, staffing, attendee experience, production, AV requirements, and on-site execution. Event Manager: what you bring You are an experienced event professional with a strong combination of organizational, project management, and communication skills. You have experience creating and delivering impactful B2B events and are comfortable working with international teams, partners, and stakeholders. You combine creativity with a structured approach and are able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Hard Skills Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with experience in event management, preferably within B2B, SaaS, or FinTech environments. Experience supporting conferences, customer events, roundtables, sponsor activations, and international events. Strong project management skills, including planning, scope management, budgeting, cost control, and managing suppliers, venues, and production partners. Experience with CRM and marketing tools; familiarity with HubSpot is a plus, including event campaigns, landing pages, email workflows, tracking, and reporting. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple event projects simultaneously. Soft Skills Strong collaborator who works effectively with Sales, Field Marketing, and business line leaders and can influence cross-functional and senior stakeholders. Clear communicator with a proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset. Analytical thinker who can interpret event data and translate insights into improvements and business impact. Comfortable working in a dynamic, changing environment with a high level of ownership and independence. Willing and able to travel internationally and work across different time zones.

Core Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of physical and digital B2B events, managing everything from budgets and venues to speakers and logistics. Act as the central link between marketing, sales, and business leaders to align objectives and drive impactful outcomes.

Requirements

Experienced event professional with a strong background in B2B, SaaS, or FinTech environments and proficiency in English. Must possess strong organizational skills and experience with CRM tools like HubSpot to manage international stakeholders and complex event lifecycles.
