Your role In this diverse internship, you will play a key role in maintaining and elevating the quality standards within our Housekeeping department. Acting as a link between different teams, you will assist the Housekeeping Management with daily operations while ensuring our legendary Sofitel standards are met. You will supervise quality processes, coordinate administrative tasks, and contribute to projects that enhance guest satisfaction. Your Responsibilities Include Supervising and inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure impeccable cleanliness and maintenance. Supporting the Housekeeping Manager with planning, scheduling, and coordinating the team. Managing guest requests and handling feedback with care and efficiency. Working closely with other departments, including Front Office and Engineering, to guarantee seamless operations. Assisting in quality audits and contributing ideas to further improve our services. Participating in cross-departmental operational shifts to broaden your hotel knowledge and gain valuable hands-on experience. Core Responsibilities
You will supervise and inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure high cleanliness standards while assisting management with daily operations and team coordination. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between departments and handle guest feedback to maintain operational excellence.
Requirements
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Hospitality Management or related study program at the MBO or HBO level. You should possess a proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality service in a luxury environment.
