Compensation And Benefits Lead (Interim) Are you the expert who will elevate our Total Rewards strategy and help drive growth, reward performance, and support long-term organizational success? Join our HR team as a Compensation and Benefits Lead. We are also open to a freelancer. About The Role As Compensation & Benefits Lead, you will help shape and implement Prodrive Technologies' future Total Rewards strategy. You will design and govern compensation, benefits, job architecture, and reward frameworks that support business growth, performance differentiation, and long-term sustainability across both CLA/CAO and non-CLA populations. Key Responsibilities Drive the development and implementation of Prodrive's Compensation & Benefits and Total Rewards strategy Translate global reward principles and Dutch remuneration policies into scalable frameworks for international production and commercial organizations Support regional entities in adapting reward programs to local labor markets, legislation, and business needs while maintaining global consistency Design and continuously improve salary structures, job grading frameworks, bonus plans, and benefits programs Manage annual merit review processes and reward governance frameworks Develop and maintain variable pay and one-time reward mechanisms that support performance differentiation Support the transition towards a broader Total Rewards approach with less emphasis on structural salary growth and more focus on variable reward and recognition Conduct market benchmarking on salary levels, salary ranges, pay mix, merit practices, bonus plans, and Total Rewards architecture Establish clear governance, policies, and decision-making processes for compensation and reward programs Advise managers and budget owners on compensation decisions, reward policies, and workforce investments Support managers in making consistent reward decisions within established governance frameworks Lead projects related to job architecture, job evaluation, salary structures, incentives, and international reward harmonization Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, Works Councils, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant and scalable reward practices. What You Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Legal, Economics, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or Reward Management Proven experience designing and implementing compensation frameworks, reward programs, and governance processes Experience in both CLA/CAO and non-CLA environments Strong expertise in job architecture, job evaluation, salary structures, compensation benchmarking, and reward analytics Experience translating global reward philosophies into practical solutions across multiple countries and cultures Experience within international manufacturing, technology, industrial, or engineering-driven organizations Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic execution Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge and advise managers on reward-related decisions Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus. Requirements

Candidates need a degree in HR, Finance, or a related field and at least 8 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits. Proven expertise in job architecture and international reward management within manufacturing or technology sectors is required.
