Job Description We are looking for an Industrial Engineering Specialist with proven experience in Warehouse Logistics to join our Industrial Engineering team based in Roermond. Working in a fast-paced environment, you are a self-starter that possesses strong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving techniques. You also have high integrity and accountability standards. In developing and delivering of cost-effective solutions you exercise leadership to continuously enhance the organizational performance, to improve operational profit. What You’ll Do Productivity and workflow analysis including work measurements with subsequent design and implementation of staffing plans. Process re-engineering and productivity improvement to align operational needs with business requirements. Creation and distribution of automated productivity and quality reports. Trend analysis in support of operational management. Observing existing processes, analyzing staff planning and addressing deficiencies accordingly. Monitoring and tracking project progress and writing up reports. Communicating and follow up with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the operational teams. Compliance with operational plans, procedures, customer requirements, quality goals, service levels, inventory accuracy and performance standards. Implementation of job specific training for operations staff including ongoing training, education and development on procedures and guidelines. What You’ll Need Essential: Over 2 years of proven experience in Warehouse Logistics operations Essential: Educated to at least BA or BS in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, related engineering, finalized or studying in your last year. Driven self-starter with strong organizational skills and project analysis experience Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and PowerBI. Knowledge of Access, AutoCAD and Sketchup are a plus. Strong numerical, analytical, and conceptual skills; logical thinker High degree of accuracy; eye for detail; accountable Cross-functional communication & relationship building skills Excellent written and spoken English. Requirements

Candidates must have over two years of experience in warehouse logistics and hold at least a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and PowerBI is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
