Job Title: Senior organic Trader – Organic Ingredients Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Organic Trader to join our dynamic team at Pulsbio BV. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our portfolio of organic ingredients, establishing strong relationships with global suppliers, and ensuring that we continue to meet the growing demand for organic products. Key Responsibilities: Source, negotiate, and purchase organic ingredients for a variety of industries (food, cosmetics, etc.). Develop and maintain strong relationships with organic farmers, suppliers, and stakeholders. Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability to make informed decisions. Ensure product quality and compliance with organic certification standards. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by understanding their needs and delivering on-time and in-spec products. Manage supply chain logistics, including procurement, shipping, and inventory control. Collaborate with the marketing team to stay ahead of market demands and customer expectations. Monitor and report on sales and market activity to senior management. Desired Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in organic trading or sourcing organic ingredients (food, cosmetic, or other industries). Strong knowledge of organic certification standards and regulations. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to identify and respond to market trends quickly. Proficiency in multiple languages is a significant advantage (especially German, French, or Spanish). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
