We are scaling rapidly, with performance creative at the heart of our growth. The role 💛 We are looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer to join our Creative team, focused primarily on packaging (first 3 months). Over time, and if needed, you will also work with our designers and Creative Strategists to turn briefs and ideas into scroll-stopping ads for Meta and other paid channels. We create and test a high volume of creatives, so you should be comfortable designing fast, iterating on winners, and using performance insights to improve your work. We are initially hiring on a freelance basis, with the possibility to move into a full-time contract if the collaboration works well for both sides. What you will own 😎 Designing static ads for Meta and other paid social channels Turning creative briefs into strong visual executions Creating new concepts and variations of winning ads Designing product, promotional, testimonial, comparison, and other ad formats Editing and manipulating product photography and visual assets Working with Creative Strategists to iterate based on ad performance Producing creatives consistently at high volume What you bring 💪 Strong graphic design skills and a strong portfolio Excellent understanding of typography, composition, and visual hierarchy Experience with packaging design Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar tools Strong image editing and manipulation skills Ability to work fast and handle multiple briefs simultaneously Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly Fluent in English Experience with paid social, eCommerce, or DTC is a strong plus This role is not for you if You prefer slow design projects with long timelines You struggle with high-volume creative output You care about aesthetics but aren't interested in performance You don't enjoy feedback and frequent iteration What we offer Work in a young, ambitious, international team A freelance role within a fast-growing international DTC brand High creative output with lots of room to experiment Direct exposure to performance data and what makes ads work Possibility to move into a full-time contract Modern office at Strijp-S, Eindhoven How to apply Send us your portfolio, freelance rate, experience with (packaging) design and a short introduction. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

Candidates must have strong graphic design skills, a portfolio, and proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma. Experience with packaging design and paid social media is highly preferred.
